The Villa de Piedra is a beautiful property that was originally built in the 1930's by O.G. Creel, an over achiever, he even overcame the disability of being stricken with polio as a child, who built very high quality homes as evidenced by the test of time our property has undergone. There are still eleven of these homes standing and in use in Indian Rocks Beach. The materials were quarried from the Withlacoochee River near Crystal River, Florida. An addition to the property was done in 1991 which is unit B, all units have undergone a total renovation in 2013 and has been the property of our family for a decade where our children and family have created and cherished amazing memories.
